As part of the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Conflict of Interest” No. 931 dated June 5, 2024, an informational and explanatory session was held at LLC “Uzkimyoimpeks” with the full participation of staff, organized by the Compliance Control Service.

The primary goal of the meeting was to increase employee awareness of key principles related to conflict of interest prevention, adherence to ethical standards, and anti-corruption legislation.

The agenda included the following topics:

1. Employee involvement in external organizations and potential situations that could result in a conflict of interest.
2. The possible implications of employees and their close relatives working within enterprises that are part of JSC “Uzkimyosanoat”.

During the session, employees received explanations of applicable legislation and recommendations on how to comply with internal ethical guidelines. The company remains committed to systematically strengthening corporate culture and promoting transparency and legal awareness in all areas of its operations.
