A working group consisting of employees and specialists of Uzkimyoimpeks LLC with a view to expanding the export potential for selling products of the chemical industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan pursuant to Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29, 2017 No. PP-3246 “On measures to improve the export-import activities of organizations of the Chemical Industry ”paid an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In the city of Baku, meetings were held with the leadership of the Sumgait Technology Park with the aim of establishing bilateral ties in the supply of products of chemical enterprises of Uzkimyosanoat JSC to the Republic of Azerbaijan. Negotiations were also held with potential consumers of chemical fertilizers in Azerbaijan.

The main objectives of Uzkimoyimpeks LLC are to conduct in-depth marketing research, study the global market trends for chemical products and, on this basis, identify promising foreign sales markets and expand the geography of export supplies, as well as promote products manufactured by domestic enterprises to foreign markets, including including through the widespread introduction of a modern logistics system, the creation of trading houses and representative offices abroad with the shipment of goods to their addresses on the basis of consignment and other forms of contracts and others.

As a result of the trip, export contracts were signed for a total amount of more than US $ 5 million for the supply of chemical products.
